I am a UC Berkeley graduate and Legal Apprentice studying for the CA State Bar Exam in 2021. I founded East Bay Exercise in 2019 to help keep myself active and to help others do the same. East Bay Exercise focuses on creating a community around weekly exercise goals using science based research and an academic approach to fitness. We hold each other accountable for getting our exercise done and support each other in reaching our physical fitness goals.

Step Two: Book a Group Class by clicking the class you want on the schedule and selecting the highlighted time (registration closes 30 minutes before class start time)
