East Bay Exercise focuses on creating a community around weekly exercise goals. We hold each other accountable for getting our exercise done and support each other in reaching our physical fitness goals.

Step One: Buy a drop-in pass or a bundle of passes
Step Two: Book a Group Class (registration closes 30 minutes before class start time) OR a Personalized Training Session (registration closes 23 hours before session start time)
Step Three: You will receive a link to join the class via email 5-10 minutes before class begins
*Unless you are signing up for Free Qigong on Sunday you will not receive a link to join if you have not paid for a drop-in/bundle. If you have any questions please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
